How to Freeze Blueberries

When blueberries are in season, it’s time to stock up!  I never knew freezing blueberries would be this easy.  Simply pour them into a bucket or container, and freeze!

It’s important not to wash the blueberries. The moisture will hasten spoilage.  By freezing dry, they maintain their shape and texture.

To defrost, simply put the amount you need in the refrigerator or kitchen counter (if using within an hour).
