Meal Plan June 11-17


Monday: Chicken Alfredo, steamed broccoli

Tuesday: Taco Chili Soup
I cooked the ground beef a few weeks ago with another meal and also added taco seasoning and water to it. Then I froze it. So this will be a cinch to put together in the slow cooker Tuesday morning.

Wednesday: Eat at church

Thursday: Garlic-Lime Grilled Chicken, corn, potato salad
Last night, when I was making mashed potatoes, I doubled the amount of potatoes I cooked, and I went ahead and made the potato salad ahead of time. So, this will be ready without any preparation.

Friday: Grilled Steak & potatoes, and hopefully some fried okra from the garden

Saturday: We’re having a Vacation Bible School block party at the church.
