Bibs and Aprons Changing Web Address

I first began this blog in March 2012, when I was going full-steam into household money saving in order to be a stay at home mom.  Couponing, shopping sales, and finding creative ways in the kitchen to save money was a whole new way of life for me, and I wanted to share it.  Writing is my form of expression.

I also was hoping that by launching a blog that perhaps I would gain enough readers to be able to monetize the site to add supplemental income.  (This means I hoped to gain enough readers to be able to allow advertisements on the site.)

As time went on, I realized my readership really didn’t increase beyond my family, friends, and acquaintenances.  I appreciate all six of you who read my blog (just kidding, but still not too far off), but it just doesn’t justify paying for the domain name,, whose subscription ends Tuesday.

I also realized that becoming a “professional blogger” is a career in itself.  It would take quite a bit of marketing, which I could definitely do, but that wasn’t the goal. If I wanted to utilize my skills in marketing, I had the perfect job already for it that I enjoyed. No, being a professional blogger wasn’t for me.  I’m a writer, not a professional blogger. There’s a difference.

I will continue to blog as usual, and for those of you who read my blog when I post it on my Facebook page, nothing will change for you.  But for those of you who check my site directly from time to time, my site will be  (that’s a free site)

Thank you for taking your time to read what I write.  My writing is an expression of my very self, as other writers will understand.  I deeply appreciate it when you take time to read and comment.  I have a few blog posts swirling in my head so hopefully I’ll be writing more soon.
